Kahlua Fudge

  • 1 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow crème
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/4 salted butter
  • 1/3 cup Kahlua
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cup milk chocolate pieces
  • 2/3 cup chopped walnuts, roasted
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla


  • Line an 8-inch square pan with baking foil
  • Combine 1 1/3 cup of granulated sugar, 1 jar of marshmallow crème, 2/3 cup of evaporated milk, 1/4 of salted butter, 1/3 cup of Kahlua, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt in a pan on the stove.
  • Bring to a rapid boil, stirring constantly for 5 minutes
  • Turn off the stove and add 2 cups of milk chocolate pieces
  • Stir until the chocolate is melted
  • Add the 2/3 cups of walnuts and 2 teaspoons of vanilla
  • Let the fudge cool for 30 minutes and refrigerate until firm
  • Cut into squares to serve

*Note: the alcohol cooks out from this recipe so people of any age can eat this fudge*


Seven Layer Bars

  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Graham crackers
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups flaked sweetened coconut
  • 8 ounces chocolate chips
  • 8 ounces peanut butter chips
  • Maraschino cherries
  • Walnuts


  1. Crush graham crackers
  2. Mix the crush graham cracker with 1 teaspoon of sugar and press in the bottom of a pan
  3. Pour 1 can of sweetened condensed milk over the graham crackers
  4. To make the 1st layer, put 2 cups of flaked sweetened coconut in the pan over the condensed milk
  5. To make the 2nd layer, put 8 ounces of chocolate chips in the pan over the flaked sweetened coconuts
  6. To make the 3rd layer, put 8 ounces of peanut butter chips in the pan over the chocolate chips
  7. To make the 4th layer, put maraschino cherries in the pan over the peanut butter chips
  8. To make the 5th layer, put walnuts in the pan over the maraschino cherries
  9. Press down all of the ingredients in the pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes


Christmas Hot Chocolate

  • 1/4 cup Hershey cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups milk
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Whipped cream
  • Ice cream of your choice


  1. Mix 1/4 of Hershey cocoa with 2 cups of milk on the stove
  2. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the mixture
  3. Heat the stove on medium for 10 minutes
  4. Pour in cup
  5. Add mini marshmallows, whipped cream, and ice cream of your choice






Homemade Peppermint Patties

  • 1/4 cup softened butter
  • 1/3 cup light corn syrup
  • 1-2 teaspoons peppermint extract
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups dark dipping chocolate


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1/3 cup of light corn syrup, 1/4 cup of softened butter, 1 to 2 teaspoons of peppermint extract, and 3 cups of powdered sugar
  2. Mix the ingredients together for 3 minutes
  3. Remove the dough from the bowl and break off 2 teaspoon-sized sections
  4. Roll into a boll and flatten with your hands
  5. Put patties down on a pan and put in freezer for 10 to 15 minutes
  6. Melt 2 cups of dark dipping chocolate for 1 minute and 20 seconds in the microwave
  7. Let the chocolate sit out of the microwave for another minute
  8. Remove the peppermint patties from the freezer
  9. Use a fork to dip each patty in the chocolate
  10. Transfer the chocolate coated patties to wax paper to let them cool
